Production process
Material yarn from Jintong, Switzerland and Japan, we inspect those yarn arrived (tolerance, tensile strength, physics test etc.).
During production, first we put the warp wires on the beam, drawing the warp wires into heddle and reed. Then our experienced weaver will start weaving mesh according to orders.
Initial survey is taken during and after weaving. Then the heat setting treatment and physical properties inspection will be done before we get tentative finished rolls (normally 60-500 meters rolls).
In the end, after the final inspection, we will cut the mesh into small rolls (20m-50m) according to customer orders.
Quality Grade
The production of nylon mesh is according to ISO9001 quality management system. Mesh produced are from 10 mesh per inch to 330 mesh per inch (4T-130 T in cm) with the maximum width of 368cm. Our annual capacity is more than 5 million square meters. Goods exports to NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA, MIDDLE EAST and AFRICA.

MAISHI produce nylon mesh filter cloth with 100% nylon, absolutely square hole, exact mesh counts per inch, and clear hole sizes.
While some of the suppliers offer nylon mesh with other mixture materials, so the wire performance is not very good. And their wire has flying edges, which will influence the ink put through. The hole size is not square, which will make the printing effect bad, and the wrong mesh count will take big damage to customers' filtering and printing.

High quality nylon filter mesh is guaranteed by the usage of high tensile, low elongation, direct spinning monofilament 100% PA6 nylon yarns (not split yarns which are weak), strict quality control in each production process and final inspection by our Quality Control System. At Final Inspection, every meter of fabric is inspected for any kind of fault according to our Quality Control System. Only tested, approved, without-fault, A-Grade fabric is sold to our customers.
