Our filter products are ideal materials for sieving, straining or filtering most liquids, powders or sludges.  The threads are perfectly round in section and are extruded to very precise and uniform diameters.

2. Quality Grade 

The production according to ISO9001 quality management system. Mesh produced are from 25 mesh per inch to 480 mesh per inch (10T-165 T in cm) with the maximum width of 368cm. Our annual capacity is more than 5 million square meters. Goods exports to NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA, MIDDLE EAST and AFRICA.



3. Quality Control 

High quality is guaranteed by the usage of high tensile, low elongation, direct spinning monofilament 100% polyester yarns (not split yarns which are weak), strict quality control in each production process and final inspection by our Quality Control System. At Final Inspection, every meter of fabric is inspected for any kind of fault according to our Quality Control System. Only tested, approved, without-fault, A-Grade fabric is sold to our customers.

5. Production Process
 
We buy yarn from Jintong, Switzerland and Japan, we inspect the yarn when they unloaded in our factory. (tolerance, tensile strength, physics test etc.).

After that, we put the warp wire on beam, draw the warp wire into heddle and reed. Then our experienced weaver will start weaving according to orders.

Initial survey will be done after weaving.Then start heat setting treatment and physical properties inspection, before we get tentative finished rolls(60-500 meters big rolls).

In the end, we'll cut the small rolls(20m-50m) according to customer orders after a final inspection.

7. Packing &Shipping 

For nylon filter mesh, we have two kind of packing type:

1> mesh in rolls
- pack the mesh with paper tube and plastic bag, then in carton.
Suitable for large quantites and ocean shipping.

2> mesh in folding type
- fold the mesh into plastic bag, then in carton.
Suitable for small quantites have no requirement on the crease.
