Specifications

Material: AISI304, AISI 304 L, AISI 316, AISI 316 L etc.

Weave Type: Plain weave, Twilled weave, Plain dutch weave, Twilled dutch Weave, Reverse dutch weave.

Performance : Corrosion-resisting, Wear-resisting, Tear-resisting. 

Uses: Mainly used for Separation and Filtration,  extensively used in petroleum, chemical industry,

environment protection, mine, airspace, paper-making, electronic, metallurgy etc.Widely used for water, air,liquid filter.

Special size and specification are available according to customers requirement.

 

Normal mesh size:

Plain weave: 0.5X0.5mesh to 635X635 mesh;

Twill weave:20x20mesh to 400x400mesh;

Plain dutch weave:10X64mesh to 80X700mesh;

Twill dutch weave:20x250mesh to 400X2800mesh;

Reversed dutch weave: 48x10mesh to 720x150mesh.

Wire Mesh Production Process 

Maishi strictly control every process of the mesh production, from 
1. Raw material checking --->
2. Material preparation --->
3. Mesh weaving --->
4. Length checking --->
5. Material checking --->
6. Packing --->
7. Packing into poly-wood box. 




To ensure our customers receive top quality filter mesh, usually we will recheck the mesh quality before delivery, including:

1. Mesh count inspect
2. Thickness inspect
3. Thread diameter & hole inspect
4. Tensile strength test
5. Surface tension test 

 


Packing 

To protect the mesh surface, usually we pack Stainless Steel filter Wire Mesh with:

Paper pipe inside of the mesh --> then waterproof paper --> moist proof paper --> bigger paper pipe -->
poly-wood carton. 

Or we can pack as per your request.
