Production Process
MAISHI is a professional Australia standard security window insect screen manufacturer in China. The production process is as below:
Raw material --> Mesh weaving --> Mesh inspecting --> Mesh washing --> Mesh flattening --> Cutting --> Powder coating --> Packing --> Loading
When material arrives at our factory, we check and test the material with XRF analyzer to make sure correct material will be used. Then we put the spool wire into the loom to weave meshes. And after the meshes are finished, we will check the wire thickness and hole size to make sure correct sizes are woven. Then meshes will be washed to remove dirties and oils. After that, the meshes will be flatten and powder coating. After all is finished, security screen meshes will be packed into poly-wood carton, each piece separated by waterproof paper. Finally load into containers or ship by LCL.

For SS316 grade, MAISHI offer Nickel 10%-14% Cr18% mesh. And we test the mesh with XRF analyser, which could exactly test the chemical component. Thus to make sure real SS316 material is offered.

2) Mesh size
MAISHI offer security mesh screen with exact hole size and wire diameter, making sure that customers will get the good quality mesh as per they want.
And we cut the edge line nicely with no bending edge wires, no burs, and edge wire cutting at the same wire.

3)Tensile Strength
We use high tensile stainless steel wire, with more than 900Mpa (900N). The wire is more strong, and can not be easily cut off.
The function of the security screen is to protect your home from thieves and burglars, so choosing a mesh which will not be easily cut and broken is very important.

Packing
After all is finished, we use the poly-wood case, which is not wooden, thus to make sure there is no potentional worm egg inside of the wood to harm the local environment. And we pack the case with steel belt, not nails. Thus to make sure the mesh will not be damaged by nails during transportation.
