Woven Stainless Steel Wire Mesh/ Filters Net

Woven stainless steel wire mesh/ filters net is made with stainless steel wire and then woven together to form a square opening or oblong opening. Stainless steel woven wire cloth has widely applications in the industries, architecture, residences and other places.

For different materials, they can be used for different mesh count. 
SUS 202/310s sutiable for mesh count from 1 to 100( plain weave);
SUS 304/304L suitable for mesh count from 1 to 400(plain/dutch weave);
SUS 316/316L 430 suitable for mesh count from 1 to 600(plain/twill/dutch weave .

To ensure our customers receive top quality meshes, usually we will recheck the mesh quality before delivery, including:

1. Mesh count inspect
2. Thickness inspect
3. Thread diameter & hole inspect
4. Tensile strength test
5. Surface tension test 

 


4. Packing 

To protect the mesh surface, usually we pack Woven stainless steel wire mesh/ filters net with:

Paper pipe inside of the mesh --> then waterproof paper --> moist proof paper --> bigger paper pipe -->
poly-wood carton. 

Or we can pack as per your request. 




5. Application 

Woven stainless steel wire mesh/ filters net are ideal for use in demanding engineering specifications that require filtration in adverse environmental conditions, such as jet engine lubricant filters or high-pressure hydraulic filters. Stainless mesh is used in all kinds of auto filters, chemical, rubber and plastic products and decorations. What's more, stainless mesh can be rinsed and reused, and is washable for years of use.
