Product Description

120micron Food Grade Nylon Filter Mesh

Fine nylon fitler mesh is made with 100% nylon. Due to their uniformity they can be woven with great precision to give exact and regular apertures. The resulting material has a very smooth surface so that the filtered particles will easily separate. They have high tension and low elongation.

It has charaters of below:
- High tensile, working temperature under 200ºC
- Very good dimensional stability
- No unwanted chemicals, no any chemicals treatment in the production process
- Very safe, very thin, food grade
- Can made by disc, tube, piece, roll any sizes and shape, max roll length 1000m

The production according to ISO9001 quality management system. Mesh produced are from 25 mesh per inch to 480 mesh per inch (10T-165 T in cm) with the maximum width of 368cm. 3. Quality Control 

High quality is guaranteed by the usage of high tensile, low elongation, direct spinning monofilament 100% polyester yarns (not split yarns which are weak), strict quality control in each production process and final inspection by our Quality Control System. At Final Inspection, every meter of fabric is inspected for any kind of fault according to our Quality Control System. Only tested, approved, without-fault, A-Grade fabric is sold to our customers. 





4. Packing &Shipping 

For fine nylon mesh fabric, we have two kind of packing type:

1> mesh in rolls
- pack the mesh with paper tube and plastic bag, then in carton.
Suitable for large quantites and ocean shipping.

2> mesh in folding type
- fold the mesh into plastic bag, then in carton.
Suitable for small quantites have no requirement on the crease.
