Characters

1.	Nylon mesh fabric has excellent resistance to most common solvents and will operate continuously at temperatures up to 100°C in the chemical pH range 7-14.
2.	Good abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction.

Application

Nylon mesh fabric is a kind of monofilament thread/double thread woven fabrics, suitable for flour milling and some related separation fields..
Major application of MAISHI flour mill sieves: 
1. Dry separation -Separation of different materials on the basis of their particle shape -Foods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, minerals, animal feeds, grains; 
2. Dry classification -Separation of solid particles into precise sized fractions -Foods, chemicals, minerals and metals, pulp and wood products, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, abrasives
3. Solid/Liquid separation -Dewatering of solids and clarification of liquids -Foods, chemicals, pulp
4. Solids classification in liquid medium -Separation of solids into sized fraction in a liquid medium -Chemicals, minerals, pulp and paper, ceramics, waste disposal.




Production Process
We buy yarn from Jintong, Switzerland and Japan, we inspect the yarn when they unloaded in our factory. (tolerance, tensile strength, physics test etc.).
After that, we put the warp wire on beam, draw the warp wire into heddle and reed. Then our experienced weaver will start weaving according to orders.
Initial survey will be done after weaving.Then start heat setting treatment and physical properties inspection, before we get tentative finished rolls(60-500 meters big rolls).
In the end, we'll cut the small rolls(20m-50m) according to customer orders after a final inspection.

Packing
We have two kind of packing type:
1.Fold the mesh into plastic bag ,then in carton.Suitable for small quantity and have no requirement on the crease.
2.Pack the mesh with paper and plastic bag,then in carton.Suitable for large quantity and the mesh has better surface then folding type.



Payment 
1) 100%T/T in advance if order amount less than USD10,000.00
2) 30% paid in advance and 70% balance paid before shipment if order amount more than USD10,000.00.
3) 100% Irrevocable L/C payment is workable.
Any other payment term can be negotiatory.
