Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Marine Grade Security Door Screen
Powder Coated SS 316 Security Mesh is a plain woven stainless steel mesh with 1.5mm-2.0mm holes.
MAISHI mainly produce 316 marine grade security screen mesh. According to tensile strength we mainly produce two type of mesh. One is 316 Marine grade stainless steel, another is high tensile 316 Marine grade. .
There are two grades for material 316:
Normal tensile strength( tensile strength is 800-900N), which past following standards:
1)Impact Test AS 5041
2)3000hours prohesion accelerated cyclic test AS2331.3.1
3)534 hours UV test
4)390kpa Storm Driven Debris
5)Bushfire attack level
6)99%insect and animal resistance
High tensile strength( tensile strength is 1100-1150N), which past following standards:

Production Process
MAISHI offer stainless steel security screen different from others
1. MAISHI use 100% 316 grade stainless steel wire mesh
Stainless steel 316 grade has 10% to 14% nickle, which has very good resistance to corrosion. Using as window or door screens, we need a better material to keep for many years. So SS316 is the first choice.
Maishi do honest business, and we use real 316 stainless steel material.
2. MAISHI use high tensile mesh wire
Maishi offer 316 security screen with tensile 1100N - 1150N (1150Mpa - 1150Mpa), tolerance (+/-0.01mm). The holes are square and the wires are very strong (not sliding), screen surface is flattened after we weave the wires to mesh screen.
3. MAISHI thoroughly clean the mesh before coating
Some of our customers complaint that they bought the security screen from other suppliers, and after several years of using, the powder begin to peal off.
One of the reason is that the security mesh screen is not thoroughly cleaned before coating. If the mesh with dusts or oil, the attachment of the powder will be much lower, so it is easily peal off. MAISHI take every process very carefully, and before coating, we clean each corner of the mesh hole to ensure the surface is totally clean.
And another reason for the powder pealing is that the powder is not good. But MAISHI use top quality powder to ensure the strong attachment.
4. MAISHI use the world top-class powder
