Australia standard stainless steel woven security mesh

316 stainless steel woven security mesh usually used as door screen and window screen. Comparing with aluminum, fiberglass and galvanized window screens, 316 Stainless Steel Security Mesh is more resistant to external damage such as scratching, chipping, denting and bending. For this reason, security meshes made from stainless steel will last a longer time. Security screen not only keep the insects outside, it could also prevent the burglars and thieves outside. High tensile to prevent burglars

We use high tensile stainless steel wire, with more than 900Mpa (900N). The wire is more strong, and can not be easily cut off.

Material 

For SS316 grade, MAISHI offer Nickel 10%-14% Cr18% mesh. And we test the mesh with XRF analyser, which could exactly test the chemical component. Thus to make sure real SS316 material is offered.

 Mesh size 

MAISHI offer Security wire mesh screenwith exact hole size and wire diameter, making sure that customers will get the good quality mesh as per they want. 

And we cut the edge line nicely with no bending edge wires, no burs, and edge wire cutting at the same wire.

11mesh x 0.9mm -- Pass all the Australia standard test, apart from Knife shear test AS5039 or AS5041

Quality Control 

>> MAISHI control the quality of 0.9mm security mesh from the origin. When the mesh wire arrive at our factory, we will check its chemical component, make sure the wire thickness is correct and even.

>>  After the mesh is woven, we check the mesh surface, test the wire thickness and mesh hole size to make sure it is correct. 

>> We clean the mesh thouroughly to make sure there is no dust, or dirty on the mesh surface, thus to make sure the powder is well attached to the mesh and no dirties attached under the powder. 

>> Before packing, we check the mesh pieces one by one to make sure: 

  - Sheets are flat (no any wave on the surface)
  - No obvious tiger lines on the surface
  - No color difference on the surface
  - No sundries on the surface
  - No folded wires on edges
  - Tolerance of diagonal length is within +/-5mm
  - Edge cutted along one wire

>> Then we carefully lift the mesh and separate each piece of the security mesh screen with waterproof paper. Thus to make sure the meshes will not be scratched by each other, and keep the mesh surface is smooth and beautiful. 

>> >> After all is finished, we use the poly-wood case, which is not wooden, thus to make sure there is no potentional worm egg inside of the wood to harm the local environment. And we pack the case with steel belt, not nails. Thus to make sure the mesh will not be damaged by nails during transportation.
