For screen printing mesh, the most widely used material is stainless steel, nylon and polyester. Each material has its own advantage and performance. Here we mainly introduce stainless steel material. If you also need nylon and polyester mesh, please kindly contact us for more details. 

Stainless steel printing mesh Material: SUS304N, 304HP, 316,316L. Weave: Plain Weave. Features:  High tension: Much higher tension than common polyester mesh and smooth tension;  Super precision: Uniform wire diameter and aperture with extremely low difference; Low elongation: Very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension; High flexibility: The wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension; High corrosion resistance: The excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel wire exceeds polyester fiber; Non-electrostatic: To avoid affects of non-electrostatic for print and ensure the safety of printing;

Materials

Type 316

The stainless steel printing mesh is made in Type 316 which is stabilized with the 2% molybdenum; It is the material which has 18-8 alloy. It has perfect resisting quality to survive against corrosion as compared to the chromium and nickel made stainless steel. This material has a unique property of T-316 which is quite durable in use. There exists some mechanical properties in this type which has a fabricating uniqueness and it is similar to T-304.

The T-316 wire mesh cloth woven has been used in chemical processing at the moment when the processing requires a better resisting capability against corrosion than normal chromium nickel types.

 

Type 316 L

The steel printing mesh is also formed in Type 316 L which is very common as T-316. The main difference in between them is that the reduced carbon material is produced in form of wire cloth weave. These products steel wire mesh and steel wire cloth are frequently used in petroleum industry. It is also providing favorable support in chemical industry and is providing various advantages in keeping environment safe. It is also providing its best assistance in mining, metallurgy, aeronautical space, paper manufacturing, electronics and many more.

Strict Quality Control

After weaving the printing wire mesh, MAISHI do strict test before the mesh dispatched, thus to ensure customers get perfect quality. 

Testing include: 
- Mesh Count inspect
- Thickness inspect
- Thread diameter& Hole size inspect
- Tensile Strength inspect
- Surface Tension test 

 

Packing 

After confirming the stainless steel printing mesh quality is good, we make the package carefully to ensure the mesh will not be damaged during delivery. 

For low mesh count, usually we pack the mesh with waterproof paper, PVC bag, moist proof paper, wooden carton. 

For high mesh count, usually we use inner paper pipe to support the soft mesh, then rolling the mesh, and wrap with waterproof paper. Outside we put a bigger paper pipe to keep the mesh surface flat and safe. Then mesh rolls are put into poly-wood carton box.
