Powder coated stainless steel security mesh
Powder coated stainless steel security mesh is normally made by 304 or 316 stainless steel wire mesh. Maishi use imported top powder, and manufacture mesh sizes according to customers request. Color is available for black, white, grey and customized colors. Besides, our mesh has passed all the Australia test as below:

Why use 316 material?
Stainless steel 316 grade has 10% to 14% nickle, which has very good resistance to corrosion. Using as window or door screens, we need a better material to keep for many years. So SS316 is the first choice.
Maishi do honest business, and we use real 316 stainless steel material.
What is the tensile of our mesh?
Maishi offer 316 marine grade powder coated stainless steel security mesh with tensile 1100N - 1150N (1150Mpa - 1150Mpa), tolerance (+/-0.01mm). The holes are square and the wires are very strong (not sliding), screen surface is flattened after we weave the wires to mesh screen.
Why the powder peal off after several years?
One of the reason is that the mesh is not thoroughly cleaned before coating. If the mesh with dusts or oil, the attachment of the powder will be much lower, so it is easily peal off. MAISHI take every process very carefully, and before coating, we clean each corner of the mesh hole to ensure the surface is totally clean.
And another reason for the powder pealing is that the powder is not good. But MAISHI use top quality powder to ensure the strong attachment.
What type of powder do we use?
MAISHI offer only top quality meshes. We usually use Camel and AKZO powder. This powder has strong attachement, and will stay bright shiny color for many years, and will not peal off or fade under the sun.
What are the most popular sizes we sell?
Among the many sizes, the most welcomed mesh is 10mesh x 0.9mm. As this mesh has passed all the Australia standard test, including Knife Shear Test. The wire is thicker, so mesh is hard and stronger, surface of the mesh is flat and beautiful. And sheet sizes can be customized as per request.

How do we produce & packing?
Maishi control the quality in every production process from the raw mateial, weaving, finished stainless steel mesh rolls, mesh washing, flattening, cutting, powder coating, packing and loading.
To make sure customers will get perfect meshes, we do careful packing. Each mesh piece is separated by waterproof paper, thus to ensure meshes will not be scratched by each other during delivery, and ensure the mesh surface is bright and smooth. And usually 50 pieces are loaded into one poly-wood carton box, thus customers can sell the mesh by batches. We can also pack the quantity as per customers request.

Powder coated stainless steel security mesh is widely used as stainless steel window screen security mesh, and stainless steel door security mesh. Because of its bright surface, it is very beautiful when installing. The mesh hole size ensures the enough ventilation, good view of the outside scenery, and at the same time stops the insects.
