1. Product Description
MAISHI manufacture galvanized welded wire mesh panel from bright drawn mild steel wires to BS1052 and eletronically welded at each intersection. An ideal material for metal fencing, our welded wire mesh is designed and manufactured to be strong, durable and able to withstand harsh environments.
If you choose wire mesh panels or sheets in self-colour, they will be galvanized and powder coated to help prevent rusting and give your mesh a longer lifetime of use.
Types of Processing:
Galvanized welded wire mesh panel in four major types. They are welded before galvanized, welded after galvanized, welded before hot-dip galvanized and welded after hot-dip galvanized.
Property:
Welded wire mesh panels enjoy such properties as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, sunshine resistance and weather resistance.
Application: Galvanized welded mesh panels with flat surface and firm structure are widely used in exhibitions, samples shelves, highways, railways, air ports, ports, docks, municipal construction, agriculture and breeding industry.

4. Produce Knowledge
Normally the longitudinal wire and cross wire is the same, the edge wire is much more thinner and the edge opening small. Which makes easier to weld sheets together.
If the mesh opening is 200mm, normally the edge opening is 100mm, then the whole opening will be 200mm when two sheets welded together.
If no edge wire, the user have to tie two mesh sheets by wire.

6. Packing & Loading
For thinner wire welded mesh panels, usually packed with plastic film. Then put onto poly-wood pallet.
For heavy wire welded mesh panels, usually tie with steel belt, then steel pallet.
We can also load the mesh directly into the container as per your request.
