To ensure our customers receive top quality meshes, usually we will recheck the mesh quality before delivery, including:
1. Mesh count inspect
2. Thickness inspect
3. Thread diameter & hole inspect
4. Tensile strength test
5. Surface tension test
Packing
To protect the mesh surface, usually we pack ultra fine stainless steel wire mesh with:
Paper pipe inside of the mesh --> then waterproof paper --> moist proof paper --> bigger paper pipe -->
poly-wood carton.
Or we can pack as per your request.

stable quality.
After recieing the materials, we will do through inspection: wire diameter checking, surface checking, tolerance
checking, contents checking etc.
We tested contents by XRF Analyzers( X-Ray Fluorescence) to make sure the raw materials are reliable.
